Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals in the German market.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and opportunities in the German market.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Technical Support:

Conduct on-site technical surveys as needed to clarify customer issues at the project's early stages.
Develop and continually refine training materials; deliver technical training to clients both online and in-person.
During-Sales Technical Support:
Enhance and update training materials focusing on the installation process; provide detailed and relevant training to clients.
Offer on-site technical guidance and support during product installation as necessary.
Post-Sales Technical Support:
